Visions Leadership Mentee

Associated Students University of California Irvine (ASUCI) has a program under its Office of Academic Affairs called Visions Leadership.During my time as a mentee, I collaborated with other mentees and a mentor in a group of 4 to develop and execute a plan to bring emergency raincoats to bustling areas of the UCI campus. I handled email correspondences with potential raincoat vendors and UCI faculty, took polls of interest from the UCI student body, and pitched the project to a panel of ASUCI officials and UCI faculty to receive funding. The project has been funded, and emergency raincoats are now available to students on rainy days at the UCI Health and Wellness Center and the freshman housing mailrooms.

Man of La Mancha Pit Orchestra Clarinetist

The summer after my first year of college, I was asked to play clarinet for the Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble's inaugural performance of Man of La Mancha in Brentwood, CA. I had played clarinet in multiple ensembles since I was in middle school, including many honor bands. Being in this pit orchestra was a pleasant reminder of how fun it is to create music with others.

Twitch.tv Video Game Content Creator

One of my favorite hobbies is creating video game content on Twitch.tv. I have streamed on Twitch for over three years. In that time, I have become a member of the Twitch affiliate program, collaborated with other affiliates, built and managed a small community, and helped raise over $300 for Extra Life. Additionally, I have written my own chat bot, which is elaborated upon in the Software section of this website.
